Functioning

1.Prepare your Relaxation Space

Find a Comfortable Position

Sit in a chair or on the floor. It's easier to breathe if you sit upright, but you can also lie down. You can either close your eyes or keep them open. Many people prefer to relax their eyes by keeping them half-closed. It is important that you are comfortable in your space.

2. Position the Device Correctly

Getting Started with Pneemo®

When you are ready, take Pneemo® in your hand. Hold it lightly and place your thumb on the strip on the beveled side. Underneath the strip is the power button.

3. Synchronize your Breathing with the Device

Activate and Use Pneemo®

Press the power button to start Pneemo®, which will vibrate for 6 seconds followed by a 4-second pause, repeated over 15 minutes. Breathe in sync with this rhythm, exhaling slowly during the vibrations and inhaling slowly during the pauses, preferably through your nose.

4. Adapt the Device to your Preferences

Adjust Vibration Intensity

It takes a few breaths to get used to the rhythm. If you prefer a softer vibration, briefly press the power button twice while using it. The vibration will become softer. If you want the stronger vibration again, press the button twice again.

5. Enjoy the Gradual Soothing Effects
